It will combine thoughts, grocery tour info, Teresa will be coaching from her experience and her insight. I am booked on Radio programs like crazy! and with the help of my client and friend – Teresa Kabatoff from Body N Soul Wellness in Sundre, Alberta! she has lost 200+ lbs – here is her before and after pictures! she looks amazing! I am helping her with my book deal with her emotional issues and her negative self talk and she is doing a program from her spa in Sundre that you could be doing at home too!
